i bet alot of those crimes happened on walmart property, too. those figures would probably even be worse today had wal-mart never installed security cameras in their parking lots, which they finally did because they were pressured into it...only a few years back, once you left the doors of the store, they didn't give a fuck what happened to you, even if it was on the way to your car after shopping there....
