The vast majority of the bands you have posted - I don't like or never listened to. You clearly don't know Hey Man rock.
But:
Whitesnake: I Love That Stuff - Nic Hartley.

FUCKING HATE GREAT WHITE. LOL. Why? They are blues based hard rock. It can't be just any random band - they actually have to be good.

I never listen to them, but fucking loved their first album when it came out, and saw them twice on their first tour, once opening for Ratt, once opening for Whitesnake (HA!) and Motley Crue. They blew all of those bands off the stage. I appreciate early Poison, sure. But I don't fucking love them like you still love Whitesnake.

I know I give you a hard time about liking sweaty testicle mullet rock, but it's all gravy. Oh, and you like D'Molls....so there's a part of you that likes some glam.

There was some blues based aspects to D'Molls - especially on the second album. I am just fucking with you - if you like or liked Poison, then cool. I don't judge - like you are judging me.

I like a fair portion of 80s glam. Poison weren't a fave of mine but their first album wasn't bad at all if you dig that kind of pop metal glam strut. If you don't then you were never gonna like the music. It's just rock and roll with lipstick, spandex and stiletto heels....just like Metallica was rock and roll with dirty jeans, hi-tops and greasy hair. I miss the energy and diversity of the 1980s metal scene. It was a fun time. I have nothing against 80's glam.

I have nothing against 80's glam. That's not the impression I've always got from you here. Well there weren't really a whole lot of truly great 80's glam metal bands. Much of it actually led to the downfall of 80's hard rock.

Or....glam helped rock transition into something else. Glam has always been a genre that shook things up and helped the norms grow into something new.
