For when one guitar or the more typical rhythm/lead combo doesn't cut it, who is your six string double act of choice? I've included what I believe to be the most obvious examples and included the Whitesnake twins to keep things interesting for Hey Man . As far as I'm concerned, there can be only one. Having been a fan for thirty years man and boy, it's Dave and Adrian for the win. One taught to play when they were kids (and T-Rex fans) growing up in the East End of London, and Maiden never truly sound right without both of them in place. No word of a lie, when the Iron Maiden reunion was announced in early '99, I felt even happier about Adrian coming back than I did Bruce. I have nothing against Janick Gers and feel he's brought a lot to Maiden since he joined, but Adrian's return brought the level of playing and writing up several notches.

No Warren DeMartini/Robbin Crosby or Steve Clark/Pete Willis/Phil Collen/Viv Campbell? And for shame being from Australia - Angus and Malcolm Young.

Angus is lead, Malcolm is rhythm . I'm not sure who does what these days in Def Leppard, but Viv hasn't played with even a hint of balls since he left Dio. I didn't include Ratt as I've never knowingly listened to them.

I voted for Priest, but honestly, I'm really partial (especially lately) to the Wishbone Ash team, Andy Powell and Ted Turner, and then the guy whom replaced Turner, Laurie Wisefield.
Love the Lizzy teams as well, and also, although they never dualed much, Ace and Paul.
