This isn't some gossip author - he is well known and respected as a political journalist. I believe everything he has to say about Sarah Palin through his research. She is not at all what she tries to portray.

Yep, live next door to someone you want to stalk, stalk them, and write a book about that person to attempt destruction of the persons reputation. Pathetic. Only an asshole would find interest in this I'm sorry. That's fucked up regardless of who ity is.

Are you aware of his critically accalimed and well respected book about Nixon - The Selling Of The President?

Did he purposely buy a house next to Nixon and stalk him in his bathroom to research his book? That is my problem with him not his resume of publications.

If the choice is between exposing information vs. not exposing information, I would choose the efforts made to expose the infomation. Someone needs to take Palin down for good, because she has brainwashed millions of Americans.

I am not afraid of her at all - but I would like to see her exposed, bankrupt and working retail because her whole life came crashing down. She is a waste of America's time.

Then don't support the author because he will fail Every little bit helps as far as I am concerned. I mean this isn't any less true now, then it was then beyond her becoming President.

"This is a man who has been relentlessly stalking my family to the point of moving in right next door to us to harass us and spy on us to satisfy his creepy obsession with my wife," Todd Palin wrote of McGinniss. "His book is full of disgusting lies, innuendo and smears. Even The New York Times called this book `dated, petty,' and that it `chases caustic, unsubstantiated gossip.'"

McGinniss' book also repeats allegations first published in The National Enquirer that Sarah Palin carried on an affair with Brad Hanson, Todd Palin's former business partner. In a statement released through Palin allies, Hanson again denied the allegation. "This is the same old story that went around in 2008. It is a complete and outright lie," Hanson said. "Todd and Sarah Palin have been good friends for many years, and in fact we still own property together. We sold a former joint business venture for business reasons, nothing more. These attacks are shameful and those making them seem to be out only to destroy good people and make money doing so."

I admire Sarah Palin. She has managed to convince a lot of unfortunate people that she should be trusted, and should be in a position of power. Those poor people don't know any better. I have used this exact same approach regarding my position as moderator at the FAQ.

Y'know in this case I have to side with 1111976 and Phantom in this...there has to be some sort of integrity when it comes to journalism. This goes for every single journalist out there, MSNBC, Fox News, and this guy; moving in next door just to stalk the subject of your book seems extremely sick. I think this book might speak more about the author than it does Palin to be honest, and I completely disagree with everything she says.

At the end of the day, all I care about is that she is brought down. I couldn't care less how it's done - because the good would outweigh the bad as far as I am concerned.

Ah. Apparently this author has the same mission as you, he'd go so far as to move next to her just to dig up some dirt. That's just low and creepy...but at the end of the day I guess hes serious...and y'know...lonely.

You've heard her talk.
