I really like the latest album (Chaos And Colour) and Into The Wild. Other than a couple of covers by other bands and Free Me (which I heard on the radio growing up), I don't know any more of their stuff. Where to from here, friends?

I love this band and know the material front to back - including side bands and solo albums. They have a lot of different eras and styles - similar to KISS. So to put you on the right path - are you much of a 70's rock guy vs 80's style material? Demons and Wizards is arguably considered their best album or their classic album. Let me know if you like this. If not, I will have a better idea what path to put you on.

Did you check out the songs I posted? I think one album you will really dig is Sea Of Light. It almost has Whitesnake elements with the song Spirit Of Freedom. Same singer as the albums you already like.

I remember they used to play "Easy Livin'" on the radio once in a while way back in the 80's.

Uriah Heep is awesome, and they have been experiencing a late-career resurgence that is truly heartwarming. They've been through a lot of highs and lows, tragedies, the usual rock n' roll story. To see them returning triumphant with great records in their twilight years is inspiring. 2009's Waking The Dead is when this started happening... And since then they've release a bunch of great albums like Living The Dream and Chaos & Colour.
Of course, their classics are Demons & Wizards, Very "easy Very 'humble, Look At Yourself, and The Magician's Birthday. While not considered as essential in the rock canon as Machine Head, In Rock or other Deep Purple classics, these records are just as good. I mention Purple because they've often been pitted against them, what with the prominent Hammond organ, the proto-metal sound and the prog leanings. In fact, if you like Highway Star then you'll love Easy Livin', if you like Child In Time you'll love July Morning, etc.
Those four records are the best starting point but it might be even better to start with a compilation. There's a great one called Easy Livin' - the Singles A's & B's that spans a good chunk of their career and goes deep into their catalogue.
I've seen the band three times (only in their recent incarnation, although I did see one of their last gigs with Trevor Boulder of Spiders From Mars fame) and they always deliver. Check them out if they play near you. They are playing with Judas Priest and Saxon next year... that's quite a cool bill for fans of British hard rock.

I don't know anything about Uriah Heep except they opened for Def Leppard at the show I saw and I caught a drumstick that says Uriah Heep on it.

Absolutely they have been killing it with their albums in recent years, which reinforces my point in the music is disposable thread that great music is still being made and in some cases long time bands are making better albums now than some of the early work. Case in point: Uriah Heep.
