The 1986 Film TRICK OR TREAT Starring MARC PRICE, TONY FIELDS, GENE SIMMONS, OZZY OSBOURNE, DOUG SAVANT & Other's is being Remastered and will be Released on BLU-RAY/4k "UHD" at some point this year (2024).
I've always loved this 80's Movie even though OZZY had a small part it was still cool that OZZY and GENE were in it.
The SOUNDTRACK by FASTWAY I think is still the BEST Soundtrack of New Studio Recorded Material Ever!!!

But I know a lot of horror fans that say this was lame and maybe it was from their perspective as horror enthusiasts. I agree - I was a big fan of Fastway and dug the soundtrack.

If it wasnt for the soundtrack it wouldnt of been as greeat as i liked it BUT theres a nostalgia factor for me as I bought both VHS video and Cassette Soundtrack & I love GENE's parts but he shoulda been in it more. Its just like the Horror Movie (C.H.U.D.) with Daniel Stern, John Heard, John Goodman etc I LOVE that Movie yet others don't (Mind you most people would take CHUD over TrickorTreat)

I'm all over the place with Movie's, My Fav's are THE WARRIORS (1979) and RUNAWAY TRAIN (1985) & Paul Newman in SLAPSHOT.
Lately I've been watching Old Western's which is weird cuz I never really watched much of them.

This section was pretty popular before, but it seems no one watches movies or watch TV here anymore.

One of my All-Time faves and Treasure of the Sierra Madre.

Yes I remember @ my Uncles place him playing/showing me the 1st FASTWAY record but I never Owned anything by FASTWAY until TRICK OR TREAT Soundtrack in 1986, Once I bought the Cassette (T'O'T) I fucking loved it THEN I went back to there catalogue and ended up with the first 2 albums within a year or so of getting the T'o'T soundtrack. I never seen FASTWAY ever and they only played VANCOUVER 3 times (2 times in 1983, 1 time in 1984) I was 2 young to see them & didnt know who they were when they played in '84. Fastway opened for IRON MAIDEN/SAXON in '83, Opened 5 months later 1983 for ACDC, and opened for RATT in 1984. Then NEVER came back again. The Origional Singer DAVE KING left in late 1980's and started a Celtic Scottish Punk Band called FLOGGING MOLLY in the late 1990's/early 2000's.

Dave King did try the bluesy hard rock thing one more time with Katmandu in 1991. Really great album to check out if you didn't know. It tanked though and then he did Flogging Molly.

holy shit, i didnt think anyone knew about KATMANDU lol, I didnt own sny KATMANDU but of course my Uncle did, My Uncles and my Grampa havd fucking everythuing, I remember when my uncle said "Hey I just bought a record from this new band, check it out Garr" and I said OK cool, I look at the cover (CHECK), look at the back and song titles (CHECK) and it was in 1987 and even though the band especially the lead singer has had issues the album was APPETITE FOR DESTRUCTION and they all went to the MAIDEN Concert (I didnt go, MAIDEN was headlining) and even though my uncles loves MAIDEN waaaaaay more than G'nR it was admitted by ALL who went (some 20 people family n friends of family) they all said "GUNS N ROSES Blewe Maiden Off the stage that night", Maiden was on the seventh son tour and although MAIDEN does sellout Coliseums/Forums/Stadiums at that time (Out here anyway) there popularity was waning a bit, The PNE Coliseum holds 16,000 for a Concert & there was maybe 7000 TOPS I was told which was the lowest crowd my family has ever seen at a Maiden Show, Me personally I Like Number of the beast, powerslave, piece of mind but the PAUL DI'ANNO era (1st 2 albums) especially KILLERS is my fav era of Maiden. not saying bruce is shit hes great im just saying KILLERS hsnt left my 25 disc cd player in 20+ years lol
