I agree with much of your list Hey Man.....except for Thor and Captain America....I thought both of those sucked. There are a couple of those I haven't seen. I do love Limitless and The Lincoln Lawyer...good choices.

That's one more than I have. With an 8 year old it's just damn near impossible for me to go to a movie unless it's a kid flick. Managed to see a film on Monday simply because work was closed and the boy is in adventure camp during the day so I could sneak in a movie. Gonna drag him to see Hugo this weekend or on Monday, I see it's not playing too many places though, really want to see it in 3D, I hear it's actually worth the extra $$$ Same for me dude. I don't go to the movies because it's expensive, they don't serve beer, there's usually a chucklefuck on a cell phone during the movie, the movie usually sucks. We watch at home. I can drink, stop the movie to fix some snacks, stretch out comfortably. ;D

I do want to see Thor and Cap. I'm woefully behind on my hero flix. Need to do these before The Avengers next year, which I WILL see in the theater.

I saw that a new Ghost Rider is upon us in 2012. What did we do to deserve another one?
I've avoided Green Lantern like the plague, despite being intrigued by the notion of that film before seeing clips and reading reviews.
Fantastic Four is one of the biggest dropped balls in Marvel cinema history. I fucking LOVE these characters and they keep fucking this shit up. Fucking Dr. Doom could be a movie legend if they did it right. The Hulk is another one.

I wouldn't get your hopes up on Thor or Captain America....two of the worst hero flicks I have seen in awhile. In my opinion of course.

What John said: I do want to see Thor and Cap. I'm woefully behind on my hero flix. Need to do these before The Avengers next year, which I WILL see in the theater. What I heard: Julie, you silly fool, you thought you could escape the glut of comic book films that came out in 2011. Well guess what, you were wrong...bwhahahahahahaha

The nice thing is that we hardly foist these things on one another and I've no reservations about seeing movies alone. Most couples literally drag their reluctant spouse to 9 of 10 things, I reckon. We rock.

See, I hear just the opposite. That Cap is light TV fare and Thor has some actual dramatic heft.

I thought Thor was quite good for what it was. I mean even when they announced Thor, I didn't really think his character made for a great movie. I thought the Asgard stuff was really cool.

Got real excited to see a legal drama that pro, ised to be quality harking back to better days for mathew McConahey ( Spelling incorrect i know in a rush )
Promises to be like his previous lawyer movie which i loved and the title is on the tip of my tongue..... features Samuel L Jackson and the hot Sandra Bullock who is especially sexy in that film as an aside.
Lincoln Lawyer was out and out dissapointing in my book.
Promises alot when you read the back of the DVD cover and delivers jack shite.
One or two clever scenes in the back of the limo but i found that idea really wasn't good enough to sustain the movie.
More like " most dissapointing movies of 2011 ".
to be continues....
