I had a laugh when reading it. People are saying it will cover far less Americans than Obamacare and has it's own fair share of problems, so we shall see.
Good luck!

Are they really repealing it when they allow insurance companies to jack rates on those who choose to not insure at some point and then apply for coverage afterwards? Sounds more like they are just transferring the "tax" directly to the insurance companies. Single payer would be real change - not this.

This is Obamacare 2.0. They've replaced one set of subsidies with another, and the mandate has morphed into Diet Mandate with a side of entitlement.
So based upon your income, it seems the GOP plan will give you a refundable tax credit. What this means is that even if you pay $0 in taxes, the tax credit for having purchased insurance will still be "paid" to you by the government, which is why guys like Rand Paul are calling this a new entitlement program. The mandate sticks around in a different form, as there is a 30% penalty--payable to your insurance company, not the government--for not having continuous coverage. Some who have studied the bill say that we're probably looking at a decrease of insured by at least 15 million people.
This reads like a bunch of unprincipled idiots who have hung their hat on Obamacare being terrible (the worst thing since slavery, according to HUD Secretary, Ben Carson), but have never had a clear vision on what should replace it, then panicked when it turned out, predictably, that people tend to try to hold onto their subsidies when someone tries to take them away. There's not even a guess as to what this would cost, and it isn't 100% clear what this actually solves, nor how it decreases health care costs.
While Obamacare certainly had it's problems, this GOP Healthcare is a fail as a replacement.

Trump's plan is a total disaster.
Most major conservative groups are against this law. AARP dropped a huge bomb on it tonight. The Republicans in Congress aren't united on it, and John Boehner says he isn't surprised, because the GOP didn't agree on health care in his 25 years.
They had 8 years to come up with a plan and this is what they've got. Pathetic.
Trump will be done in 2020.

They better be careful, because if enough people lose their healthcare, he will be a one term President.

Enjoy 4 years of conservatism, because everything will be erased come 2020. I think Donny needs to realize that some things take a little more than a week and dinner napkin to figure out. This was a half baked idea before he even put it into the easy bake oven. Abort.

Millions and millions of people currently insured - won't be under Trump's plan. I realize you want to defend your side, but this was a huge fuck up for Trump. His own party are calling it the worst plan ever.
