A band I've heard alot on the radio over the years, but never really taken time out to research or get into more... But are they good or what??
I got a Essential cd the other day from ebay and it's fantastic. No weak track.
Sister Golden hair Lonely people A horse with no name Magic
Easy listening at its best

Also add Ventura Highway and my favorite, Tin Man.
The 70's acoustic/folk sound is timeless. Great vocal harmonies, too.
I also dig Seals & Crofts, Bread, Firefall, England Dan and John Ford Coley. Almost too many to name!

When I got heavily into CSN(Y as well), I was also looking for some similar rock and came across America.
First two albums are absolutely solid, but the following albums started to dip in quality with each release as they were trying to get hits and were more pop focused, but still worth checking out.

If anyone here is interested in more 70's acoustic rock that is more obscure, but great - I can recommend a bunch.
