Have you ever watched a movie with glaring mistakes that piss you off. I don't mean production mistakes, although you can include that as well - but more like a movie taking place in a certain year, but they have a character play a song that came out like 10 years later for example. Name the movie mistakes that piss you off.

I don't think there's anything I can recall that annoyed me. Slightly off topic, I'm one of those geeks who likes going to imdb.com and reading bits of trivia/facts/errors about films.

Yeah, I tend to notice out-of-place songs, product logos and especially cars. I can't think of any good examples right offhand, but one that does get almost everything right is American Graffiti (and even its sequel). I've seen it a million times and I've never been able to find a single thing that's out of place (except for the Beach Boys' "All Summer Long," which came out in 1964 instead of the movie's 1962 setting, but it's only played over the credits so I let that one slide). Whatever else you can say for him, Lucas damn sure did his homework on those flicks.

Seeing telephone lines and, I believe, a plane in the backgrounds of the Blue And The Gray mini-series.
