just checking to see if pics work. If you're uploading, they have to be under a certain size. If you're posting from a url, you have to use [ img ] url [ /img ] Without the spaces...

All your vinyl I've seen posted looks MINT, very impressive. Or it means not enough of my collection is vintage...although I do have about 100 albums that came from my mom and step dad that are 'well used'. But yes, I am a bit anal OCD, so if I bought it new or it was like new when I bought it, it's going to be in near mint condition.

Your vinyls (heh) look to be in very good condition, so either you protect them like crazy or these are brand new releases.

But many of them were produced in the last 5 years or so.

Been working on sleeving the naked lately.

Protip: Remove the shrink wrap and keep the hype sticker inside. keeping it in the shrink can warp your records.

Protip: Remove the shrink wrap and keep the hype sticker inside. keeping it in the shrink can warp your records. Not sure I buy that...I have many records over 30 years old (and one 50 years) still in the shrink with no issue. Can it happen? I suppose if they're not stored in proper conditions and the heat cause the shrink to shrink...then maybe. Otherwise, I lean toward calling bullshit on that one. MythBusters should do a segment on it.

Probably because it wasn't stored in climate controlled conditions. But maybe...guess I'll find out if I'm still around in another 30 or 40 years...cuz I ain't removin' it! 😉

If you dig her music cool - but this seems so out of place from your usual posts. What? Music on vinyl? I'm not a big fan of TayTay, but LawyerWife is. I've heard so many times, oh, I didn't think you would like X artist because it's not metal or angry!! I have every Kacey Musgraves album too...including both Christmas albums. I listen to a lot of different kinds of music from female pop to extreme metal.

I was just saying that it stood out with Taylor from the usual albums you post or talk about on your shows.

Oh, my shows aren't about my musical tastes. They're about a subset of my tastes. Listening to Dylan right now.

I dig that Swift album. Her others have a song or two I like, but I like pretty much that whole album...at least the original one. From what I've heard, there's very little difference in the re-record.
