Tell people about yourself and share whatever info you want with the other Freewheelers. People can also ask/answer questions and hopefully we can get to know each other a little better.
My name is Hey Man and I run the joint.
I love Whitesnake.
That is all.

I am involved in production, marketing and promotion for studios and television networks. The mainstream ones, not porn companies.

Nice. Must be a job you can actually get some enjoyment out of. I literally loathe my job, LOL Fell into this legal shit when music just wasn't a $$ venture and I had to pay the bills. Seemed like easy money, LOL Not interested in teaching and I absolutely hated doing what session work I did. Sometimes I think it'd be kinda fun to do a lounge cover band thingy for $$ but then I know I'd hate most of the material we'd have to do and I'm one of those people who doesn't like to play the same thing the same way twice. My ADHD brain can't handle that, I get bored! Why can't the US be one of those countries where I can live off the dole and get govt. money to make self indulgent music that no one wants to hear? What do you do?

My title is "Records manager/Paralegal", this is a small firm, right now only 11 attorneys. I do all the filing so I'm a file clerk. Do all the hearing prep, some research, make sure everyone is ready for whatever may come up, all the documents are in order so I'm a paralegal. I maintain our thousands of boxes and archive so I'm a records manager, I order all the supplies, do all the copying, scanning, mail and whatnot so I'm office services. I install all the software and fix any computer errors so I'm IT. I finalize pleadings, file stuff with the courts, finalize letters, occasionally make travel arrangements, so I'm a secretary. LOL Today is actually our receptionists first day, until today I answered phones as well. I'm a one man universal support staff. Sounds like my position here. Techincally I was hired to be the "office assistant" to answer phones, mail letters, file, order office supplies ect. but as I've worked here I've ended up taking over all of our databases, our weekly e-newsletters, IT work, then I was put in charge of all of the vendors for one of our big annual fundraisers last spring. This summer I've been learning how to use our new website so that I can maintain it this year, and trying to coordinate repairs on our building. Basically anytime something new comes up my job description expands a bit more lol.

Well maybe we can talk about some soundtrack work if that interests you. Thanks for the offer but really, it's just an occasional hobby for me now. Sad to report I've only got a very basic kit setup at the moment (need to clear out space for my full monster kit), though the boy wants to learn to play and who better to teach him than me? But if you could do music full time, would you not prefer that?

I should add that according to certain people (Ken and D27), I am literally insane, I have my own cult AND I am very likely to go on a mass murdering spree. I mean hate me if you want to, but can you be any more overdramatic about it.

They call me Spirit. I have been around. Some people think I am insane as well. I don't give a fuck.
I am an electronic engineer by education, started a business at a young age, and now have 2, and a consulting gig that I work on larger projects for. 22 years married, 3 kids, youngest 18.
Nosey fuckers.

We're adding a little something to the sales contest this month. As you all know, first prize is a Cadillac Eldorado. Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third place is you're fired!
Ok, so I go soak in a bath with a book and feel all nice and relaxed and then I get out and find out I've joined a mass murdering cult?!??! What the fuck!?! Just a tad bit of hyperbole there. LMAO!

Hey everyone. I'm Zelix. I've been free basing KISS since 75. I've tried to quit on my own several times. I've been unsuccessful. I got on a bad batch called the The Elder that almost killed me. Lately KISS isn't what it used to be for me. It doesn't have the same "kick" I just woke up and decided to come to this meeting to kick the habit. Thanks for listening to my story. </ self help group meeting speak> I'm a 40ish old dude with a wife and daughter. I work in the engineering world as a CAD Designer. I am into music. I took drums lessons decades ago. I played in a few nowhere bands for a while. I haven't picked up sticks in a long while. I mess about with guitars and such. I'm currently learning Japanese language. I like food, outdoors activities like fishing, hunting, camping. I'm not a thinned skinned chump and really could give a rat's ass is anyone thinks that " I am literally insane, I have my own cult AND I am very likely to go on a mass murdering spree." All of these are true by the way. If you don't think so just ask me....I'll tell ya.

I've been theboycopeland and Great Sage on other forums.
British, living in Winnipeg, Canada for 3 months now with my fiance and son after 4 years in Korea. Work in the paint industry as a chemist.
Don't get much time to post on forums anymore, what with being a new dad but I check in fairly frequently to read what's going on.
Thanks Land's End for the Yes albums a few months ago. Love "Going For The One".

My name is RisingFarce and I am watching you all. Behave or I will become endlessly condescending. Well we do agree that Tommy Thayer sucks. This is a fact. I'm going to try to mention it EVERY FUCKING TIME I POST, just to make sure that everyone knows exactly how I feel, because that's important. If you say anything about it, I will mention that you are "sensitive" in a lot of posts too, because that's the kind of bitchy shit that I do. So watch your step.

My day isn't complete until I've been a dick to someone, but only if you disagree with what I say. If I like what you say, I will often post something like "I agree" or "this is correct", to make out that my endorsement actually means something to someone.
